Between climate challenges and sustainable excellence
Burkinature has been supporting organic mango producers in Burkina Faso for many years and exports fresh fruit to European markets. Our expertise lies in variety selection, orchard monitoring, harvest management, and strict compliance with quality, traceability, and certification requirements.
A modern unit dedicated to quality
The Nawelia site includes a room dedicated to the packaging of fresh mangoes, equipped for sorting, grading, and preparation for export. The acquisition of a new grading machine and the use of a solar-powered cold room optimize fruit preservation and ensure safe shipping.
Taste the excellence of Burkina Faso
Our fresh mangoes are much more than just a product: they tell a story of land, hard work, and passion. Discover authentic quality, sourced from an organic and fair trade supply chain, grown in the heart of Burkina Faso.

1. Partner orchards
Our producers grow certified organic Kent and Amélie mango trees in favorable agroclimatic zones: Southwest, Hauts-Bassins, Cascades. The orchards are monitored technically throughout the year to ensure healthy fruit, free of pesticides and chemicals.
2. Selective harvesting
Each fruit is carefully picked by hand when it reaches its optimal stage of ripeness for export (based on Brix, firmness, and size criteria). Producers are trained to master this delicate step.
3. Collection and pre-sorting
The mangoes are collected in rigid crates, identified by orchard. They are transported to our stations, where an initial visual and weight sorting is carried out.
4. Packaging
The fruit is washed, graded, and packaged in cardboard boxes (4 kg or 6 kg) or in bulk packages according to customer requirements. Each package is labeled with complete traceability information (producer, date, variety, etc.).
5. Express export
Mangoes are transported quickly (by land and refrigerated sea freight, depending on the market) to preserve their freshness until they reach your plate.
6. A committed fruit
Beyond their taste, our mangoes embody sustainable, environmentally friendly, and socially equitable agriculture. They are certified organic and sourced directly from producers.
